“Your patience was so appreciated as some of the questions you took me through did take a bit of time for me to think about my answers.
The best thing was that by taking the time in a relaxed space with you I thought of more than one answer for each question and was able to tell you my thoughts and not feel judged.”

“I didn’t know what to expect when I began coaching sessions with Anne. I knew horses were beautiful and intuitive animals, but how were they going to help me address the cycles of negative thinking and behaviours that were keeping me “stuck” in my life? It quickly became clear that the energy and empathic power of horses, together with the excellent guidance and gentle reassurance of Anne, were exactly what I had been missing in my journey of self-growth. Anne asked all the right questions, encouraging me to look within myself and confront truths that challenged me. The presence of the horses and observing their reactions helped me to interpret the emotions I was experiencing, and to discover alternative paths and new, more empowering ways of thinking. Horses are truly magical! I am so grateful to Anne for helping to equip me with new tools and perspectives that are starting me on a path guided by self-love, compassion and acceptance.”

Having to create my problems and my solutions with physical objects was amazing. It left me with the vision of my solution. I liked the way you kept bringing the horses into the session.

“Our team at the Bishop’s Action Foundation is diverse and spread across many projects and a number of locations. Equine interactive ran a team building session that allowed us to explore the challenges and opportunities of this diversity through engagement with the horses and a range of very well thought through activities. We found the session very effective and thoroughly enjoyed the unique nature of this programme alongside Anne’s fabulous hospitality.”

“8 of our team spent a very pleasant afternoon with Anne Vogel and her miniature horses out on Anne’s farm in Brixton.
We were all a little nervous at the start as none of us had ever had a lot to do with horses. But Anne quickly put our minds at rest.
We started with Anne leading us through a group discussion on our business goals for the year, as well as any concerns that we may have around achieving those goals. We were then asked to use the props – [pool]noodles, hoops, cones and the like – to map out on the ground our process for going about achieving our main goal. This was a lot of fun and brought on a very lively debate on how we were to do this. Then we were asked to lead the horses through the series of obstacles we had created.
The horses had other ideas to start with, but as we became more confident with them, they responded positively to our instruction. After a few more scenarios were built in pairs and as a group, we had all found our favorite horse, and were able to lead them without too much effort.
This was a great opportunity to spend time with the team outside of the office, with us all doing something completely different together, while still focused on the big picture of our business. It was a lot of fun, and I highly recommend.”
